About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Supply Chain Program Management Office (PMO), leading projects that improve Supply Chain efficiency and compliance. This position is based in our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India but the individual’s projects may involve multiple global Supply Chain sites as well as cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned supply chain projects to drive achievement of the department’s strategic vision
- Interact with cross-functional stakeholders including: supply chain, product development, process engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, finance, quality and regulatory departments.
- Set project priorities, develop project plans, and monitor progress towards project goals.
- Lead progress updates including phase gate reviews with senior management and other affected staff at regular checkpoints to ensure awareness and buy-in to progress against contracted targets by stakeholders.
- As needed, identify cause, manage and resolve or escalate risks / problem situations by generating possible solutions, facilitating tradeoff decisions, making recommendations on resolution, ensuring compliance to delegated actions and removing obstacles to achieve contracted goal
- Maintain project-related information in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems: Project Budget, Status, Risks, Accomplishments, Benefits Realised, Resources required.
- Assist other Supply Chain team members in their interactions with the PPM System, as a member of the Supply Chain PMO.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a Technology-related field is required.

- Reporting to Renee, one already person, runs larger projects- dealing stakeholders across functions, projects in Europe, Singapore, flexibility within Supply chain and multiple sites
