Your Role
As part of the Revenue team, you will own on-app merchandising for the Zepto product
- Lead & develop merchandising strategy for the platform and Category-events basis data backed insights on customer behavior & their shopping funnel
- Plan both long and short-term impression plan for each category, plan & drive initiatives and govern the same
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and leverage them in merchandising as well as give inputs to product team for product development to achieve the same
- Create, manage and execute event calendar for the assigned categories
- Work with product and tech teams to keep search and recommendation results most relevant for the TG
- Give inputs to marketing team on best categories/ products/ offers/ callouts to be used across CRM channels for customer acquisition & retention
Experience Required:
- 4-5 years of strong experience in driving high-impact charters with strong stakeholder management experience
- Category marketing/ Merch experience driving high growth categories (Fashion/ Mobiles/ Electronics/ General Merchandise) in e-commerce is a plus
