- Lead & Supervise the Service Team .

- Authorize & Check RO / SO Entries > Ensuring FTR.
- Vault, Key Custodian
- Monitor Branch / Staff Productivity, Drive Continuous Improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Thorough overall understanding of Retail Banking Operations.
- Customer Service Orientation
- Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
- Graduation is Mandatory, Preferred PG / MBA.
- Relevant Experience of Min. 1+ Year in Team Handling, thorough Understanding of Banking.
- Ability to manage & motivate teams.
