JD for Branch Manager, Customer Acquisition:
Job Purpose:
To run efficient, profitable, highly customer-centric and quality branch sales operations through highly engaged sales teams
Job Description:
- Managing all operational aspects of the branch functioning, including sales planning, member relations, human resources, administration and cost control in accordance with the organization’s objectives.
- Efficiently complete overall monthly targets planning and distributing targets to teams and individuals based on productivity, capability and quality.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities within the territory.
- Plan acquisition marketing (lead generation) activities with the branch marketing team.
- Ensure distribution and regular monitoring of all “pull"-based leads, e.g., digital leads, member referrals, etc., to various teams.
- Closely monitor and track lead conversions by both marketing activities and sales teams.
- Take timely and appropriate decisions for course corrections based on the weekly monitoring and tracking of lead-to-sale trends.
- Ensure a high level of engagement within the teams and provide the necessary training, coaching, & motivation to meet performance expectations.
- Hire high-energy and talented individuals to manage various teams and ensure that the talent pipeline is fueled appropriately at all times.
- Manage and control various costs with a view to ensuring a highly profitable and growth-oriented business.
- Keep track of all member complaints and ensure resolution of all escalations within given TAT.
