Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead the preparation and quality assurance of prequalification and tender documents, ensuring they meet high standards. You will coordinate the entire tender process, adhering to schedules and managing the quality of all associated documents, including Letters of Award (LOA) and contracts.
Your responsibilities will include setting up project cost plans based on preliminary budgets and received tenders, as well as managing and overseeing awarded tenders and addressing contractors' commercial issues with management approval.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the process and ensure quality of prequalification documents
- To lead and coordinate the tender process as per schedule
- Ensure quality of tender documents, LOA and contract documents
- Lead and coordinate
- Set-up the project cost plan on the basis of preliminary budget and tenders received
- Manage and control awarded tender and contractors’ commercial issues including their approval from management
- Review and certify contractors’ RA bills and final statement
- Manage change orders and all contract administration
- Managing the QS team and work distribution to meet timelines
- Manage all commercial database and document
- Generating various weekly & fortnightly commercial reports
What we are looking for:
- B.Tech/ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Full time course from recognized university)
- 10-15 years' experience in the construction industry with hands-on experience in tenders, contract and QS fields
- Good technical knowledge of civil, MEP and interior finishes works
- Excellent quantitative skills and good command of MS word & excel
- Good communication skills
