About the Social Media Manager -
We require a SMM to manage the company’s organic and paid social media efforts end-to-end. This includes ideation, creation, overseeing design execution, posting and management of social media and advertising campaigns on primarily and Meta.
Roles and responsibilities:
- End-to-end owner of the company’s social media calendar across all active channels.
- Defining the company’s social media objectives and devising a strategy in alignment with the business goals.
- Liaise with all internal teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success) to build a holistic representation and reputation for Pixis on social channels.
- Identify trends to leverage for the social calendar and brand-building efforts.
- Creative ideation and execution with content, brand and design team to build the social media calendar.
- Suggest and implement new initiatives to develop brand awareness, like promotions and activations that tell the story of our products accurately.
- Operations and engagement analysis to show month-on-month improvement in performance.
Requirements and skills
- 6-8 years experience in social media management.
- Content creation and Ghostwriting for CXOs and leaders
- Experience with paid advertising on and Meta is a plus.
- Highly creative with decent tech proficiency.
- Must have a strong sense of visual aesthetics to work with, and direct, the internal design team.
- Excellent copywriting skills and with experience in content management.
- Proficiency in handling analytics tools such as google analytics, platform analytics, social media tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM and keyword research.
- Strong operations, communication and interpersonal skills.
