Responsibilities:
• Deliver Clinical Applications training to customers
• Build and support strong partnerships with the customer base
• Document and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilization
• Troubleshoots product issues at customer sites and identifies any product usability issues
• Document complaints according to QMS processes
• Assist in the creation of educational and clinical marketing materials
• Assist marketing with image atlas, website and brochure development as required
• Support the Sales & Marketing team by demonstrating our products to potential customers
• Provide training for new distributor staff.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the sales territories
• Maintain deep knowledge of product line (functional) as well as competitive position
• Participate in trade shows as assigned
• Provide required applications report on completion of all application visits
• Communicates customer feedback to the appropriate functions of the company
Key Attributes:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Science, Computer Science, or Related Degree
• 2+ years of experience in training on medical devices or equipment use and application
• Proven presentation skills and success facilitating training and transferring knowledge
• Flexibility to manage an irregular travel schedule
• Proven strength in strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills are required
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Able to travel as and when neede
