Your Role in our Mission:
Working as the consulting and project lead on Flexible Benefit implementation and renewal projects, you will provide project management and benefits, reward or administration consultancy to clients and support the client delivery team. You will take ownership and responsibility for the delivery of all services within the project except for detailed client communication deliverables.
This is a full time role on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consultancy as required:
- Work with clients to help them to define how a flexible benefits, voluntary benefits or, total reward scheme can help deliver their reward strategy and agree the project scope with the client.
- Liaise with providers to supply information on non-regulated benefits or liaise with one of Edenred’s regulated partners or Client’s IFA to obtain information on regulated benefits.
- If required work with the sales team in the latter phases of the sales process to present the Edenred Solution to prospective clients.
- If required assist the Bid and Tenders team with content for tenders.
Project manage employee benefits schemes: - Manage the project, in line with Edenred project methodology, including project initiation meeting/call, identification and documentation of project scope and objectives, creation of project plan and toolkit, project progress calls, update of actions, decisions log and testing.
- Guide clients through the implementation or renewal of their flexible benefits, online total reward Implementation, and/or online payslips solution, providing guidance on admin processes, system solution and Edenred products and services.
- Discuss and agree the specification and rules, then work with the client to document the scheme design. Facilitate an interval review process to ensure the scheme design is understood and agreed by the assigned stakeholders, encouraging input for an overall complete scheme design.
- Manage the scope of all projects to ensure we deliver what is in scope and where the client requires additional items apply change control processes to agree impact of timeline and fees.
- Identification, specification and documentation of all data interfaces including payroll and benefit providers.
- Facilitate a review and encourage feedback, then document all processes as they relate to the provision of Edenred services.
- Manage all acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets the agreed design.
- Prepare an end of project debrief and ensure a project closure meeting or call takes place and feedback is provided.
- Oversee the client communications and ensure the Comms team deliver as per the agreed timescales.
- Work with account management teams to build and maintain a strong relationship with the client contacts during the project, and then hand over the client to the appropriate team, after completing the necessary briefing, once the project has finished.
Skills
- Experience and extensive knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace
- Excellent project management skills and experience of managing projects for large complex schemes
- Strong in client facing consultancy activity
- Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients
- Ability to work accurately, consistently and in a timely manner
- Commitment to quality and customer service
- Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
