We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the quartz or ceramic industry and be able to build relationships with customers and partners. They will also be able to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve or exceed sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Experience in handling projects and business development through Interior Designers & Architects (IDA).
- Develop and handle the channel sales through dealer and sub-dealer networks.
- Working with kitchen installers and generating leads through them.
- Managing samples and displays across the sales network.
- Setting sales targets for their region and preparing roadmaps for achieving the same.
- Coordination with factory, and office for payments, supplies, etc.
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Maters degree in business or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz or ceramic industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
