As email marketing and CRM become pivotal in our brand partners' growth, we’re looking for a skilled CRM expert to join us.
The role will be varied. In a typical day you might do a bit of everything from auditing email flows, building out a newsletter content strategy to actually writing copy or implementing a customer winback strategy.
You will usually be working directly with the founders of each business, working either alongside their marketing teams or in some cases you will be their main marketing person!
This role will involve a good mix of strategic thinking alongside lots of execution and getting things done, so we are looking for someone capable of working at pace whilst keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
You'll have...
- Proven experience in email/CRM marketing within a D2C FMCG brand
- Proficiency in Klaviyo (experience with HubSpot is a huge plus!)
- A background in fast-paced, start-up environments
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for start-up marketing
- The ability to zoom out for strategic planning and dive into details when needed
- Exceptional project management abilities and a knack for fast-paced work
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 DOE
Logistics: Roaming - WFH but you will be required to be in London at least once per month (we'll fund up to £100 travel per trip if coming from outside of London).
