Salary: £25,500 + Two-Yearly Shared Company Bonuses
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm (Hybrid Working: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days at Home)

Role Overview: As a Graduate Account Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. This role requires a candidate who is client-centric, analytical, and highly organised. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of client accounts, ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning and scheduling project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Supporting client communication, responding to queries, and managing expectations
- Conducting research and analysis to support project decisions
- Managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy
- Assisting with prize procurement, preparation, and dispatch
- Maintaining meticulous records and providing regular project updates
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Identifying and solving project issues proactively
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Recent graduate with a minimum of six months of administrative or project support experience
- Strong client servicing skills and a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for continuous learning
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients effectively
