Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RPO Project Lead to manage a large-scale recruitment project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a steady flow of monthly joiners for our client, implementing high levels of client engagement strategies, collaborating with internal delivery teams, and conducting thorough assessment data analysis.
Program Management:
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for a large-scale client project, ensuring targets for monthly joiners are consistently met.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.
Client Engagement:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related matters.
-Develop and execute engagement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
-Regularly communicate project status, updates, and feedback to the client, ensuring transparency and alignment
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies and processes.
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication between internal teams and the client to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with the client to develop and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles
Data Analysis, Assessment and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough assessment and analysis of recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data insights to optimize recruitment processes and strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for enhancement.
Qualifications, Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-9+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on project management and RPO.(Non-IT roles)
-Experience in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
