Our client is a PropTech start-up based in London, they are a digital marketplace that matches homeowners to London's best contractors at a fair price. They achieve this by analysing millions of data points and market leading home renovation experts in an easy-to-use tech platform.
We are looking for a proactive, confident and emotionally intelligent Content Marketer to raise brand awareness and increase their funnel. Having reached operational capacity through zero marketing, they are looking for an individual to help reach our ambitious growth targets.
Your responsibilities…
- Shape the Conversation and Build Awareness: They have the opportunity to reshape the perception of the industry and provide real value to London homeowners from the very start of their renovation process. Bring the brand's vision of championing contractors to life through their content and join them in shaping the conversation.
- Multi-format Content Development & Distribution: Plan and create compelling content that inspires & empowers their target audience, in line with a clear distribution strategy. Optimise content for relevant channels to maximise its reach and impact.
- Research and Analysis: Constantly research London interiors, designs, styles, influential individuals to generate new and inspiring content. Monitor marketing, social and industry trends for analysis and opportunities and report on brand, social and email performance.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community of homeowners across various platforms - regularly monitoring and learning about their renovation journey, behaviours and pain-points during the process. Use insights to inform and develop content that resonates, and provides real solutions to our community.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the creation of visual assets & copy aligned with brand guidelines. Support with content for marketing campaigns, brand events and activations where needed. Represent the brand and ensure marketing objectives and brand guidelines are met to a high standard.

- You have a keen understanding and interest in content, social media and emerging trends. You have your finger on the pulse.
- You’re a natural creative thinker with a knack of coming up with interesting and engaging written content.
- You’re passionate about writing copy that’s succinct, clear and helpful for customers.
- You have high levels of organisation and feel excited by the prospect of working in a start-up environment.
- You have a strong teamwork ethic, with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
- You’re an independent thinker who sets your own goals.
- Experience creating high-quality written content in a variety of formats, including web pages, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and social media.
- You’ve got a knowledge of SEO principles and have experience of successfully applying these principles in your content writing. (e.g. via keyword research)
- You are experienced in using data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimise results.
- You are familiar with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp (or) Brevo.
Salary: Up to £35k per annum
Logistics: Hybrid - office in Victoria
