Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced leader who combines great strategic communication and engagement knowledge across the comms mix, with the ability to lead and inspire teams. You’ll be able to influence decision-making at the most senior level and build advocacy beyond organisational boundaries. You’ll also be a trusted advisor to executive leadership and Board members. You’ll have a focus on impact and outcomes, inspiring the Campaigns team to continuously improve and create an environment where people are empowered to be creative, innovate, and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a talented team of communicators to develop overarching campaign strategy.
- Oversee campaign activity across a wide range of issues and audience groups.
- Work on challenging and innovative projects to raise awareness and encourage public feedback.
- Shape Engagement’s business plan and strategic goals.
- Be a visible leader on organisational priorities.
