What's involved?
As Guest Services Manager, your duties will include:
- Responsible for front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth operation and guest escorting to their correct rooms.
- Responding to requests and complaints made by guests in a professional manner to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Manage and monitor activities of the team, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Duty Manager responsibilities.
Previous experience as Guest Relations or Guest Service Supervisor within a 4-Star background is desired. Local London knowledge is essential, along with excellent guest interaction, listening skills, and good leadership/people management. Opera PMS experience is essential, along with flexibility to work shift patterns.
