Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CRM & Digital Designer with a strong focus on developing and deploying email and marketing ads for onsite use. The ideal candidate will be proficient in setting templates with CRM tools (Braze), have a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and possess strong HTML and CSS skills for building responsive and eOective email templates. This role primarily focuses on the technical aspects of email development and execution, while also providing design support for onsite and marketing team projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Development:
• Design, code, and test responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Utilize CRM tools like Braze to deploy and manage email templates.
• Ensure emails render correctly across various devices and email clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any coding issues that arise during email creation.
Design Support:
• Provide design support for onsite projects and marketing initiatives as needed, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate designs into campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications: -
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
2+ years of work experience with CRM tools such as Braze / Salesforce.
Proven experience in email marketing with a strong focus on email development.
Proven experience in HTML and CSS for email design and coding.
Strong Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Must provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
