We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 5-6 inside sales representatives. You'll play a critical role in achieving ambitious sales goals for our software/services solutions across the US (North America, Canada), Middle East, and European markets.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for assigned Region
- Create and manage sales processes and workflows.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Client Management:
- Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Qualify leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- International Focus:
- Manage a geographically dispersed team across US, Middle East, and European markets.
- Understand cultural nuances and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Work effectively across time zones.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in Software BD/Sales, mandatorily in Inside sales.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Work according to US time zone (Night Shift: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST)
