Job Profile:
This position involves working closely with the MD on various high-impact projects, contributing to strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring that key initiatives are tracked, and action items are executed efficiently. Additionally, you will be required to support the fundraising process by preparing materials, coordinating with investors and providing financial insights. This role demands strong analytical and financial skills, high level of proficiency in Excel, effective communication and the ability to handle complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the MD in all projects, attend key meetings, and track and execute core projects mandated by the MD
- Competitive assessment, development of long-term strategy and data analysis from various databases to assist the MD in strategic decision making
- Assist in the preparation of fundraising materials, coordinate with potential investors, and manage the flow of information and communication during the fundraising process.
- Tracking and reporting of KPIs across different sales channels and support functions.
- Noting the minutes of all the important meetings of MD and making action items out of them.
- Prepare communication/industry notes for different stakeholders
- Study, analyses and present key MIS reports for Management review
- Market Research on upcoming trends, opportunities and competitors
- Travelling as required nationally & internationally to review market and projects on MD’s behalf.
Qualification:
- CA / CFA / MBA Finance from a premier institute
- 2- 5 years of work experience. Exposure in banking and finance would be a plus
Must Have:
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and financial modelling.
- Strong Analytical Skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept apprised of project progress and challenges, while ensuring that the level of detail is appropriate for each audience.
