The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced (ideally IMMEDIATELY available) People Partnering Director to join the People team on a 12 month FTC , and play a pivotal role in supporting our key business areas as they undertake a period of significant change.
Reporting to Angela Williams (Chief People Officer), you will work closely with business leaders, providing expert advice and guidance, drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives and play a key role in creating a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Experience and previous success in strategic business partnering .
- Ability to build strong, trusted and effective partnerships with Market and functional Executive leaders, including building strong, credible relationships to deliver organization design and talent/workforce plans that meet the needs of the business area.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies and solutions that enable our key business areas to achieve their objectives.
- Partner with our teams to implement strategies that support business needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, pay, performance & talent.
Essential
- Expert in Business Partnering.
- Experience of partnering with C-Suite in a highly commercial, product, technology, and customer-led organization across multiple geographies and jurisdictions, especially US, UK, and India.
- Listen to the concerns and feedback of our leaders – provide solutions.
- Work with the leaders on Workforce Planning, Talent, Pay Reviews – provide the support they need.
- Ability to understand the overall strategy for our key business areas and translate it into actionable HR initiatives that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Navigate through organizational changes while maintaining a strong focus on delivering HR services that meet evolving business needs.
- Remain resilient in the face of challenges, demonstrating the ability to bounce back, show credibility, and lead with confidence.
- Strong consulting skills to collaborate with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ability and proven track record to deliver best practice and pragmatic people solutions across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Bring best practice thought leadership, understanding of the market or function.
- Act as the ambassador for the People team and ensure engagement with the people strategy and priorities is brought to life in the market/functions they work with.
- Can understand and implement best practice standards and people data management; they "know what good looks like" across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Track record of delivering multiple change programs across Europe, UK, and US.
- Partner across the organization to deliver on behalf of our customers and transform to grow.
- Evidence of genuine passion and drive for Corsearch's Vision, Purpose, Mission and demonstrate the behaviors we aspire to.
- Act as a market-leading People leader and demonstrate an ability to learn and drive strategic and practical change, embracing and positively leading change within the team and across the broader organization.
