Immediate Start HR/Payroll Administrator
Fantastic opportunity to work for a luxury brand in Central London, stunning offices. This is a temporary position for 7 weeks but could be extended, with a possibility that it could lead to a permanent opportunity.

Typical Responsibilities:
- Managing HR inbox - answering/forwarding employee policy/payroll queries as appropriate.
- Inputting new starters/leavers on IRIS Cascade system.
- Preparing contracts/new starter welcome packs.
- Onboarding admin e.g. references, benefits, induction schedules, right to work checks, etc.
- Collating monthly payroll changes - using Cascade system & email requests.
- Assisting Head of HR with ad-hoc policy/process improvements as required.
- Supporting internal recruiter with ad-hoc recruitment admin as required.
Personal Style:
- Strong administration skills.
- Good systems, IT, Outlook, and Excel skills.
- UK HR knowledge highly desirable - some understanding of starter/leaver process/contracts, etc.
- Positive energy, supportive of Head of HR.
- Resilient through team transitions.
Details:
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
- Location: Mayfair Office London - fully office based
- Salary: £12-£15 per hour (£25k-£30k annual equivalent)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 7 weeks, possibly a temp to perm opportunity dependent on business needs.
