Job Description
As HR BP you will be responsible for:
- Provide HR operational support for assigned BU, leading on all ER case management.
- Provide full partnering service to the division.
- Strategic partnering with line managers and directors.
- Build line management capability.
- Lead on Union relationships.
- Promote EDI and Wellbeing agenda.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will:
- CIPD L7.
- Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record leading change management activity.
