Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with managing a basic product backlog, working with Sales and Experience Clouds, and operating within a continuous delivery team to implement small enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Backlog Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements and timelines to all stakeholders.
- Sales and Experience Cloud: Utilize Salesforce's Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to support sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Continuous Delivery Team Collaboration: Work closely with the continuous delivery team to implement small enhancements, ensuring swift and frequent iterations of product improvements.
- Business Analysis: Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design to support business initiatives
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms and vice versa.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to the role.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and enhancements, ensuring a smooth adoption process.
- Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud .
- Proven track record of managing product backlogs and working within a continuous delivery framework.
- Ability to deliver small enhancements rapidly and effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications relevant to Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of incentive or loyalty programs within a business context.
