We are looking for a HR Executive who can spot the right talent for us.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate screening from various sources of hire
Application Tracking System (ATS):
- Manage and update the ATS with candidate information, application statuses, and interview schedules.
- Ensure all candidate interactions and statuses are accurately logged in the ATS.
- Generate reports from the ATS to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to the HR team.
Candidate Documentation:
- Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary candidate documents including identification, educational certificates, previous employment records, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in compliance with company policies
Offer Release:
- Prepare and release offer letters to selected candidates in a timely manner.
- Communicate offer details and follow up with candidates to ensure acceptance.
Human Resource Management System (HRMS):
- Manage and maintain the HRMS, ensuring all employee data is accurately entered and up-to-date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HRMS.
Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of expeirence managing recruitment process in current role.
