Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurgaon-ASF office

The role will be responsible to ensure seamless and superior client service delivery for the entire group, including critical metrics as defined for the process to deliver exceptional customer experience and service
This role will own accountability by being able to help the teams troubleshoot issues in projects both on technical and business side

We will count on you for:
- Create dashboards using new available technologies and adept in data presentation
- Closely involved with the transition of the new work and should have an understanding of transition process
- Work with trainers to create a proper training and assessment plan for process certification
- Strong controls and governance ensuring effective business controls
- Ensure smooth running of the business with regular connects and follow-ups with the stakeholders and counterparts
- Provide solutions and alternates to UK and help the team on code-set up and related queries
- Identify automation opportunities for the new process and ensure the automation is completed for the identified process steps
- Responsible for the training of the team members on the new process and cross-skilling of the existing team members
What you need to have:
- Graduation / Post-graduation in any stream
- 4-6 years of experience
- 1-4 years In people management
