Purpose of the Role
In this role, you will be supporting a dominant fashion retailer in ensuring all POS requirements are met by working closely with our clients and suppliers. Within this key role, you will be delivering services professionally, to specifications and in line with strict SLAs.
As a campaign admin, you will be responsible for managing, running and reporting on the clients’ helpline, liaising with regional print suppliers and delivering excellent customer service by logging and responding to queries within an agreed timeframe and process.
This is a fast-paced role dealing with a variety of queries relating to store deliveries, placing stock orders and picking up additional requests generated via the helpline so the ability to multitask, prioritise, use initiative and have a keen eye for detail is essential. You will be required to build and develop relationships with notable clients whilst primarily delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the team inbox – This will be where you will spend most of your time, managing store requests and supporting with any queries.
- Respond to client queries within an agreed timeframe and process
- Stock Management (track stock within each region, stock reports, keep an eye on new stores etc)
- Support on external platforms used by the client i.e. POS ticketing site
- Monitor the status of queries to ensure full responses are provided, on time and in line with SLAs
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated templates
- Send out daily tracking updates to the client when necessary
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH Global’s services and pass details on to the client
- Implement new methods and procedures as required
- Processing jobs through from RFQ, Sales Orders/Purchase Orders to invoicing
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed
- Manage day to day operational requirements
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Experience working within an operational role
- Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Experience of finding solutions
- Keen eye for detail, using initiative
