- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partner relationships

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's market reach
- Create, implement, and manage partner programs and initiatives to optimize partner performance
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and success of partner initiatives
- Lead negotiations and contracts with partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide regular reports to senior management on partner performance and program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all partner dealings
