We are delighted to be working with an established business that is seeking to appoint a high-calibre Marketing & Communications Manager. This full-time role will be based at the company's Head Office in Glasgow.
The ideal profile of individual will bring relevant experience in working in either Manufacturing, Distribution or other relevant sectors. The ideal person will have a keen eye for detail and always be looking for ways to improve existing processes.
Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications professional to influence strategy and make a significant impact on the business's commercial development. This is a hybrid role, with the head office being in Glasgow. Worth noting that you will be required to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis.
Preferred Candidate Background:
- Extensive experience in strategic marketing delivery within comparable sectors such as logistics, transport, engineering, or technical fields.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or a professional affiliation in Marketing/Communications/PR.
- Proven experience in delivering marketing communications across multiple brand identities and target markets.
- Strong brand management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in executing a comprehensive marketing mix, including social media strategy.
- Design skills, particularly in creating company collateral, are advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in deploying social networking media and Web 2.0 tools in a professional context.
- Capacity to evaluate and learn emerging web technologies, including content management systems and social media tools.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The position requires the individual to be in the office on a hybrid basis.
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
- Pension: Employer 12.5%.
- Holidays: 35 days (including bank holidays).

- Work Pattern: Hybrid (Based in the office minimum 3 days).
