The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the OTR and Farm Sales of the region
- Responsible for the P&L for the region
- Responsible for managing a Sales team
- Responsible for the sales forecast, sales, collections and channel expansion and development
- Achieve product wise, territory wise sales targets by focusing on the whole range of Products, Sales, Logistics and demand planning
- Strategize for achieving the given targets for the region
- Responsible for ad campaigns, Dealer Meets / Mechanical Meets etc. for the region
Qualifications
- Experience in Tire industry is a must with in-depth product and market knowledge
- Experience in stakeholder management, generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Candidate to have minimum Graduation (in any stream) with 8-10 years of experience
