Job Description
The successful candidate will be working in the Mobile Telecommunications sector. We carry out both desktop and site based reviews and audits, providing reporting, trending and advice on the findings/outcomes of these activities.
Our PMO team is driving improvements through the smarter use of data both internally within our company and with our clients, providing trending analysis and adding the 'So what' to the data so it tells a story rather than just numbers on a page.
The role is aimed at candidates on the Senior Consultant level or slightly above. This individual will be reporting to the Head of the PMO and will provide Project Management direction to the team, including the following responsibilities:
- Help form the Cost Centre Digital strategy in relation to Clients Strategies and assist them where necessary.
- Look at Systems tools used and how we can develop these further to promote better synergies.
- Assist the team with their day-to-day work while looking for areas of improvement or development.
- Assist where necessary with the transition to and from differing system tools and the associated changes needing to dashboards and reports.
- Help develop a suite of dashboards to more effectively use the data gathered from audits and reviews undertaken.
Qualifications
Technical expertise:
- Power Business Intelligence
- Power Query
- SQL
- Intermediate Excel
- System transition experience
- Salesforce experience advantageous
Soft skills:
- Digital Project Management
- Being a bridge between digital and business
- Client relations
