Role: Associate Vice President – RPO (Recruitment)

Reporting to: Region Head (South)
Job Role:
- Lead the P&L of the entire project.
- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader Taggd business.
- Understand RPO solution offerings and be able to effectively communicate them to potential internal and external customers.
- Ensure efficient delivery of the solution in line with contractual obligations and client service levels.
- Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet long-term client requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement in project operations, identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and optimize operational processes.
- Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and a clear engagement plan for each role type.
- Collaborate with the sourcing and recruiting teams to ensure timely fulfillment of all client hiring needs while providing a best-in-class experience for the client.
- Drive the adoption of technology within the team to ensure real-time updated data is available at all times.
- Manage workload allocation within the team based on volume forecasts and headcount plans.
Job Requirements:
- Any graduation, preferably an MBA (HR).
- At least 18 years of experience in a lead recruitment delivery or Account Manager role, preferably in the IT industry and ideally within the RPO or recruitment outsourcing environment.
- Experience managing at least 1,500-2,000 hires per year.
- Prior experience managing a large team of over 40 members and overseeing the reporting of people managers.
- Experience in managing global stakeholders independently.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Good knowledge of business financials.
- Ability to handle a variety of position types, business groups, and geographies effectively and independently.
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process within the staffing industry or RPO.
- Experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle, while working in a team environment that emphasizes group contributions.
