Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Vacancy!!
My client is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to work from their Norwich site.
You will be responsible for:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities; including new markets, clients and partnerships
- Developing relationships with new clients, finding their needs and presenting solutions to their needs
- Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline including short, medium & long-term orders, securing sales and closing deals
- Generating leads through maintaining high levels of outbound telephone and email activity, along with face-to-face prospecting to target key decision makers
- Achieving activity KPIs gathering new information, contact details & setting up face-to-face or virtual appointments
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in vehicle sales, preferably in commercial vehicle sales
- A track record in achieving or exceeding KPI’s and sales targets
- Thorough knowledge of finance packages
- Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs.
- Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to qualify customer needs fully and accurately.
- A passion to learn and develop product knowledge.
- A full UK driving licence (no more than six points)
- A highly professional manner
Ideally, you’ll already have B2B Sales experience in a similar role. You’ll be proactive, results driven and keen to maximise every opportunity. You’ll be confident, enthusiastic, keen to learn, willing to work hard and be great at customer service.
You will be polite, articulate and exceptionally well presented, able to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Norwich and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points.
Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £25,000 PA with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped.

The current working pattern is 5.5 days (average) a week.
You will also get your birthday off once probation has been passed.
