Job Description
The Head of Sales will have the following responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the company's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Ensure the sales team operates in line with the company's mission and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Implement new sales strategies and techniques.
- Monitor and analyse sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of company goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Sales should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the Pest Control industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
