Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Workday Techno Consultant with good knowledge of EIB, Reporting, and knowledge on WD modules (like HCM, Recruiting, etc). Coordinate with functional consultants and various other stakeholders including business Coordinates and with other system owners who have HR-related business requirements. The employee should provide administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records.
Able to manage all common kinds of EIBs and can prepare reports as per the requirement received by global stakeholders.
Education
A degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, or any other degree with a focus on Digitization or Human Resources
Work Experience
- Worker should have 2+ years of experience on Inbound EIBs and Workday Reports.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Workday consulting on building reports / building Inbound EIBs
- Must have Workday certification on Workday Core HCM. Certification in Workday Integration Core is a plus.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and priorities at a time.
- Strong Analytical Skills - eg. ability to transform complex requirements in simple flow chart diagrams.
- Self-starter attitude and willingness to take on any challenge.
- Ability to design as well as configure the requirements without external help.
- Strong Team Player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent English is a pre-requisite.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to HRIS Teamhead in WORKDAY-related and other global HR-related projects.
- Providing resolution to daily issues raised by countries promptly & developing self-service solutions for users, following our standard ticketing model.
- Participate in the ongoing development of Workday, dedicatedly formulating ideas, and recommendations for system improvements.
- Support bi-yearly Workday releases with the business users.
- Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including test documentation and post-implementation support on various Workday Projects and Functionalities Deployment.
- Process mass uploads (EIB) to maintain Zeiss P&O data and assist Zeiss Global HR in maintaining high data accuracy.
- Able to create reports as per the requirement received from global stakeholders.
