Requirement
We are looking for someone with a strong passion for technology and technology selling. Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' needs. Excellent presentation, communication skills. Good familiarity with CRMs like Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, Lucia etc. Skilled at organizing one's work and managing one's time is important as well.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Integrity Matters. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing the lead-to-client journey, and meeting sales targets.
- Lead Generation - Through Email Campaigns, Data Mining, Online Networking, Marketing Activities, Customer Referrals, Cold Calling. etc. Identification and outbound reach-out to potential clients.
- Lead Nurturing - Contact leads to establish rapport and set up meetings. Execute all initial communication and follow up with prospective clients. • Communicating new product and service developments to prospective clients. Setting up meetings.
- Demonstrating the product suite to leads, which requires knowing the product and its capabilities in and out, and also compliance industry know how. This will include both elearning and whistleblowing products.
- Follow up with prospective clients until the closing of the sale. Should be an expert in closing deals.
- Drafting RFP / RFI responses , or assisting seniors in doing so.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales, specially in the compliance, ethics, or training industry will be strongly preferred
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and ethics frameworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Exposure to custom eLearning, mobile learning, content development, web, and other technologies services and solutions selling will be preferred
