The Role:
In this role, you will take the lead on a portfolio of Tier 1 clients. As this role sits within our client leadership function, you'll be the main senior contact for clients in discussions about strategy, account roadmap, channels, and performance. Experience in these areas is vital. Paid Social, Paid Media, and ECRM experience from a strategic/planning perspective is very beneficial.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Account Director experience in a digital agency, across multiple sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, ECRM, and analytics.
- Previous management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful account strategies.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
