Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in making HighRadius the only Office of the CFO multi-category company in the world.
- Drive the business forward, solve critical problems to scale O2C business on Highradius’ hyper growth journey,
- Work with the GTM leadership hands-on to scale our sales engine into new markets, channels, and categories
- Work with product leaders to scale our new products
- Develop deep understanding of the assigned business unit and proactively identify areas of improvement
- Be a strategic partner to the GTM leadership by owning business critical decision recommendations and end-end execution with self-driven updates to the C-suite.
- Deliver Strategy & Operations projects (eg operating model optimisation, margins improvement, budgeting, and people performance for the assigned business units) within specified timelines (~ 1-6 months)
- Understand the as-is, work with the leaders to define the to-be and provide a path to achieve the to-be
- Identify key growth bottlenecks and devise solutions / initiatives to address them based on data, stakeholder interactions and market research
- Own Business Reviews ensuring data and presentation accuracy to deliver actionable insights in our relentless push to achieve KPI outcomes for each market, team, and individual within the sales org.

Experience :
- Tier 1 undergraduate education in Engineering, Economics or Commerce. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- 2-3 years experience in Strategy & Operations role in a technology startup OR
- 1-2 years of experience in Founders Office/Chief of Staff kind of roles OR
- 1-2 years of Tier 1 management consulting experience
