Due to continued expansion, a National Sales Manager - Off-Site Built Modular Buildings is required by our client to work across the UK.
The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction sector, recognized for having a high-quality, industry-leading product range that makes them extremely competitive. They are looking for applicants with proven Sales, Business Development, and Sales Management skills in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction, or a strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector. They may also consider applicants who have sold other types of Off-Site Products such as Timber Frame Buildings, Structural Steel Framed Buildings, or potentially Bathroom Pods across the UK.
The business is strong within the NHS and Wider Health sector, so experience in these areas would be advantageous. The company's offerings are bespoke and flexible, making a significant difference for customers, establishing them as specialists within the sector.
As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company's high-quality products. The role will involve working from home, the office, and visiting clients and customers.
You will be measured on the number of client visits, the relationships you develop, the pipeline you build, and ultimately, the sales achieved.

You must possess a proven track record of Business Development and Sales in Modular Buildings / Off-Site Construction, or a strong knowledge of selling into the Health Sector. Alternatively, experience selling other types of Off-Site Products is acceptable.
