Technical Sales Manager - Business Development Manager - Hydraulics - Filter - Shropshire
Brooklyn Recruitment are currently working with a client who sells Hydraulic Filters in the Ludlow area of Shropshire. They are looking for a Technical Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join their UK team, which consists of around 6 members.
As Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Manager, you will be on the road frequently, with some overnight stays required. You will also need to go into the office regularly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Cold calling / company introductions
- Client visits to both existing clients and prospects
- Price negotiation
- Increasing product and brand visibility
- Keeping internal systems up to date
- Other duties as required
To be suitable for this position, you should have held a Technical Sales role previously, ideally selling hydraulic filters (other backgrounds will be considered). It is essential to have excellent communication skills and the ability to travel (including overnight stays). A full UK driving license is also required.
