We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administration (HRA) Manager to direct and manage all day-to-day HRA activities. The HRA Manager will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. He/he also have to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
Responsibilities
Employee Hiring & Termination
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process including creating relevant job descriptions & listings, liaising with placement firms/portals, sorting through candidate profiles, setting up and managing the interview process, salary negotiation, setting date of joining and issuing offer letters
- Onboarding of new employees, including collection of key personnel documents and maintaining detailed personnel files, creating a joining docket, creating an induction schedule, and managing basic elements of new employee set up (email ID, laptop, access cards/ID etc)
Employee Exit Formalities, including setting up a detailed SOP for exits and managing all exit formalities, setting last day of working, company materials handover, issuing reference or other letters & liaising with finance team for F&F completion within stipulated timelines
Performance Appraisal Process
- Setting up a structured yearly appraisal process
- Creating an evaluation framework, evaluation forms, guidelines & schedule
- Manging the appraisal process on all levels within strict schedules
- Calculating and managing employee increments
- Roll out of appraisal letters / promotion letters etc in a timely manager
- Creating a system for performance tracking on a quarterly & half yearly basis as part of the larger performance process
- Robust feedback mechanism for both subordinates and supervisors
- Retention strategies for employees
Compliances
- Ensuring adherence to all labour laws and practices including wage laws, maternity benefit, employees provident fund, employees state insurance and other statutory compliances
- Creating and managing a POSH committee in adherence with Posh Act 2013
- Keeping abreast with all human resources related compliances and amendments
Company Pay-roll
- Maintaining attendance register for monthly payroll
- Processing company pay-roll in a timely manner together with the Finance team
- Managing employee benefits (PF, medical insurance and other salary related benefits)
Employee Relations & Office Policies
- Managing a framework for employee grievances, conflict resolution and incidents reporting
- Monitoring adherence of office policies by all employees
- Company communications, including annual holiday list, company-wide announcements, company policies (travel policy, leave policy, office rules, dress code etc), employee birthday greetings, Rewards & Recognition Program
- Regular employee feedback surveys to better engage and meet employee satisfaction & expectations
- Managing company-wide employee welfare budget and events
Administrative
- Setting up of detailed office operations and budgets
- Managing inventory and purchasing of office housekeeping staff & supplies
- Managing inventory and purchasing of office stationery supplies
- Liaising with facilities management team of corporate tower
- Managing office dispatches and incoming packages
- General upkeep, running and repairs of office premises/facilities
- Planning and organising employee welfare events, including employee and company celebrations
- Ensuring compliance with safe workplace practices
