Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst at Stratifyr, you will play a pivotal role in analysing client business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, develop insights, and support the implementation of tailored consulting solutions. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be essential in driving successful outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements and insights.
- Document client requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for consulting projects.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Analyse client business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop process models and flowcharts to illustrate current and future state business operations.
- Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimise client operations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present findings to clients and internal teams.
- Provide data-driven recommendations that support client decision-making and project success.
- Solution Design and Evaluation:
- Work with Stratifyr consultants and client stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs and strategic goals.
- Evaluate potential solutions, considering factors such as cost, risk, and feasibility.
- Assist in the development of business cases and project proposals that demonstrate the value of Stratifyr’s consulting services.
- Project Support and Implementation:
- Support the implementation of new processes, systems, or solutions for clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and requirements.
- Provide training and support to client teams during the implementation phase to ensure successful adoption.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between Stratifyr consultants, client teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage client expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and consensus among stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement and Thought Leadership:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to Stratifyr’s consulting services.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Stratifyr’s consulting methodologies and client engagements.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, including white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role.
- Experience in project management, process improvement, or data analysis is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Experience with project management software and data visualisation tools is an advantage

Working Conditions:
- The work will be based out of Stratifyr’s office or client’s office as per the requirement
- May be required to work extended hours to meet project deadlines and client needs
- May need to travel as per project’s requirements
Salary Range: 4 LPA
