Enterprise Sales Manager
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for executing the sales plan for the relevant territory. This includes managing direct sales engagement and relationship with enterprise prospects and supporting Quadient Partners in their sales engagements. The Enterprise Sales Manager also manages key accounts.
The role reports to the Senior Sales Director, Enterprise UKI (RVP) and is offered on a hybrid/remote basis at our Stratford, London office.
Your role in our future
- Prepare and execute a territory sales plan developed in conjunction with the RVP and extended sales team encompassing direct and partner channels.
- Effectively and independently deliver the Quadient value proposition, including Quadient technical value proposition, demonstrating a high understanding of Quadient products.
- Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via cold-calls, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, Quadient executive introductions, and marketing automation introductions to independently close contracts at a close frequency and value to meet or exceed productivity and quota expectations.
- Follow the established Quadient sales process and consistently use salesforce.com to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity within the Sales region.
- Develop, write, and deliver value-based sales proposals and respond to client RFPs.
- Ensure the value of Quadient Professional Services is well articulated to prospect and existing accounts.
- Investigate the client’s needs and recommend the particular Quadient product(s) that best fulfill the identified needs.
- Engage Quadient management and staff appropriately in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback to other areas of the organization.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with sales management as well as the Finance and Legal departments.
- Represent Quadient to clients, prospects, partners, and colleagues in a professional and ethical manner.
- Follow corporate guidelines for travel and other expenses and submit timely and accurate expense reports.
- Communicate innovation possibilities to product management.
Your profile
- Fluent English.
- Strong negotiating and sales skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in CCM, CXM, is key.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales management or a related field.
- Knowledge of the defined enterprise vertical industry for the assigned territory as well as regional and global trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Understanding of key technical subjects including SaaS, Cloud, Data, and Content.
- Strong empathy for customer and understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
