Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. Claim processing team collects end-end data data You will be responsible for developing and delivering business solutions that support the claims process across its lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, subrogation and recovery.
What are we looking for? • Voice Customer service with FNOL, Express, Recovery of outlay experience, liability decision making understanding or experience, experience in broker query/Insured query & Payment process – Preferrable Motor UK. • Ability to perform under pressure •Commitment to quality •Written and verbal communication
Basis on individual understanding then they are asked scenario basis question on types of Express query handled, Claims denial reason , understanding of indemnity clause, rationale behind reserve amendment, quantum of liability, experience in BDX & various expense payment processing
Roles and Responsibilities: - Serving as first point of contact for Motor claims registration - Review if policy is active and valid. Confirm registration to claimant and segment to correct claims team for further handling, Express/Complex/Major Loss
- Handling and settling insurance claims as per internal company procedures - Adjudicate claims; assess loss exposure, review documentation, communicate in written and by phone, document actions and store files, make indemnity payouts via cheque/bank transfers. Claims reviews, SOX (financial) reviews.
- Investigating the details around the claim by identifying and requesting relevant information from various parties - Liability decision making understanding
- Determine coverage and make final decisions about coverage and indemnity.
- Communicating with customers and other parties (i.e. brokers, claimants, third parties), ensuring timely information is provided to all of them.
- Gathering and storing claims data according to internal compliance regulations.
- Taking pro-active steps to effectively meet customer expectations by demonstrating high quality, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Fostering a culture of cooperation between team members to ensure high professional standards and positive atmosphere.
