What will you do?
Projects
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that all projects and initiatives align with urbanbubble’s strategic objectives.
- Assess and ensure that projects are properly scoped, aligned with wider business activities and adequately resourced, so able to be fully executed.
- Implement systems and processes to monitor and track performance, calculate and track benefits; providing regular, focused updates to key stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain robust but agile project governance frameworks to ensure consistent and effective project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Policy, Process & Continuous Improvement
- With an eye on the regulatory landscape, ensure the suite of Policies remain robust and up to date through partnership with the Senior Policy owners.
- Work with relevant service leads to ensure process improvements are delivered, championing the correct utilisation of Promapp. Partner with L&D to ensure all role-related training material and pathways remain abreast of key processes and the organisation possesses the right understanding of key processes, and skills to deliver process improvement.
- Partner with key stakeholders in driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as the central point for strong and effective governance around policies and processes.
Audit, Risk and Compliance
- Accountability for delivering a full programme of financial and operational audits from planning to execution.
- Transform the risk control culture by designing, implementing and improving the risk framework, strategy, policies and processes. Prepare regular risk evaluations and progress reports for the Executive Team and/or Senior Management Team as required.
- Conduct risk reviews and oversee the audit framework across the business to manage strategic, operational and financial risk. Work collaboratively with business leaders to ensure key risks are understood and audit issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Technology
- Support the Head of Technology to deliver the critical projects around redesigning, implementing and embedding a new technology stack for key operational teams.
- Oversee the entire spectrum of information technology operations, ensuring it meets organisational needs and operates in line with standards and policy.
- Lead the team so they are motivated to achieve the highest levels of service delivery.
- Develop and implement a technology risk management plan.
- Implement and maintain an IT security strategy that keeps pace with technology changes and ensures the organisation’s information and systems are secure.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What are we looking for?
- A track record of delivering change programmes and business improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance issues and the regulatory landscape, with previous audit experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Track record of improving controls and reducing risk.
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex projects in a leadership role.
- Proven experience of operating in a Senior IT Leadership role.
- Residential property experience is desirable but not essential, as relevant experience from similar industries will be considered.

Qualifications
- Degree level education essential, from within this field.
- Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2) desirable.
- Process improvement qualification (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma) desirable.
- Risk management qualification desirable.
