Job Summary
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a new Sales Director for an international SAAS consultancy specialising in CRM, based in Bristol. Our client is a leader in the software-as-a-service sector, providing cutting-edge CRM solutions that drive business transformation and enhance customer relationships. As they continue to scale their operations globally, they are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead their sales strategy and propel the growth of their CRM solutions.
Key Roles:
- Sales Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy tailored to the CRM sector that aligns with the company’s business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their CRM needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets for CRM solutions, driving expansion and increasing market share.
- Sales Performance Oversight: Monitor and analyse sales metrics and performance data to optimise sales strategies, refine processes, and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and execute a sales strategy that targets growth in the CRM market, setting clear goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them. Regularly review and adjust the strategy to adapt to market changes.
- Manage and Inspire Sales Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing support, set performance targets, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team is motivated and successful.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Engage with key clients to understand their CRM needs and provide solutions that drive business value. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CRM sector. Develop strategic partnerships, negotiate contracts, and close deals to expand the company’s market presence.
- Analyse and Improve Sales Performance: Track and analyse sales performance metrics, including sales figures, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use insights to improve sales tactics, processes, and overall performance.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in a senior sales role, preferably as Sales Director or similar, within the SAAS sector with a focus on CRM solutions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
- Proficient in analysing sales data and performance metrics to drive strategic improvements and optimise sales outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £90,000.00 per year
