We are looking for a Presales Specialist / Solutions Manager role for Mumbai location, who will be part of our Sales Team in India.

Roles and Responsibilities
Min Years and must have experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales Datacentre products of HPE, DELL, NUTANIX, VMWare, Veeam, Veritas
- In depth knowledge of Server, Storage, backup, HCI etc)
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to gain insights into their technical needs.
- Conduct product or service presentations, demonstrations, and webinars for potential clients.
- Translate technical features into benefits that address customer challenges.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product or service configurations.
- Create technical proposals and provide expert advice on product customization if required.
- Work closely with the product development team to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services in the market.
Technical & presales skills
- Basic knowledge on configuration and functionality of Server, Storage Backup, HCI, Virtualization,
- Whiteboarding skills on DC and NW technologies is an added advantage.
- Probing into an opportunity/requirement
- Details Account/customer mapping and Account/customer management

OEM Certifications
