Technical Support Manager – London – Hybrid
Our boutique client is looking for a Technical Support Manager to take direction and lead their UK enterprise. This will encompass Desktop Support, Networks, Telephony, and Firewalls. You will also have day-to-day responsibility for a small team of engineers and report to the global operation. For this role, you will have the following:
- Strong IT Technical background
- Strong Microsoft knowledge, including In-Tune and 365
- Network knowledge, including Firewalls and Security
- Experience in dealing with Third Party Suppliers
- Excellent Communication and People management skills
- Ideally degree educated
