Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary Head of Creative to drive the strategic direction of our projects across exhibitions, events, and interior spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both creative leadership and strategic marketing, with the ability to seamlessly integrate brand messaging into every aspect of our work. You will be responsible for guiding the conceptual and creative development of all projects, ensuring they are innovative, on-brand, and exceed client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership:
- Lead the creative vision and execution of projects across exhibitions, events, and interiors.
- Oversee the development of all creative assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
- Strategic & Marketing Leadership:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that creative concepts support broader business goals and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand positioning and drive engagement.
- Ensure that all creative output is aligned with the company’s overall strategic vision and market positioning.
- Development of Strategic Solutions:
- Lead the development of strategic solutions for client proposals, ensuring that all design pitch documents are compelling, well-structured, and effectively communicate the project’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft persuasive narratives that align creative concepts with client goals, market trends, and audience insights.
- Provide strategic input during the pitch process, identifying key opportunities to differentiate our offerings from competitors.
- Oversee the preparation of pitch documents, ensuring they are visually impactful and strategically sound, incorporating innovative ideas, design rationale, and potential ROI for the client.
- Guide the team in developing clear, actionable roadmaps for project execution that align with the client’s strategic objectives.
- 3D and 2D Design:
- Lead in the development of both 3D and 2D design concepts, ensuring they are innovative, visually stunning, and meet client expectations.
- Ensure that the production of 3D models, renderings, and animations, as well as 2D layouts, illustrations, and graphic designs align with the overall creative strategy.
- Ensure that 3D and 2D designs are integrated seamlessly into pitch documents and presentations, enhancing the narrative and providing a clear visual representation of the proposed solutions.
- Oversee the exploration and application of the latest technologies and software in 3D and 2D design to stay ahead of industry trends and push creative boundaries.
- Work closely with the technical and production teams to ensure that designs are feasible and can be executed to the highest standards within the given timelines and budgets.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, offering strategic advice and creative solutions that align with their vision.
- Present concepts and creative strategies to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and buy-in at every stage.
- Project Oversight & Execution:
- Oversee the creative process from concept through to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of all creative work.
- Innovation & Industry Leadership:
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our projects.
- Act as a thought leader within the industry, representing the company at events, conferences, and in publications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within exhibitions, events, or interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to lead and execute high-level creative strategies.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, with the ability to translate marketing goals into compelling creative concepts.
- Expertise in developing strategic solutions and design pitch documents that effectively communicate value and inspire confidence in clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients and teams alike.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of current trends in design, marketing, and technology.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
