We are looking for a Hyper-Organised Central Campaign Planner to join them to be the middle man/woman between clients and other 3rd parties to gather and validate assets (design, creative and content) before they are passed over to the Campaign delivery Team.
You will need to effectively manage the resources they have in the team (usually campaign delivery resources) and ensure that workload is distributed as appropriate.
Skills/Experience:
- Relevant degree level education
- Experience in campaign planning, and experience in dealing with campaign briefing processes
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in resource planning/coordination
- Knowledge of mobile marketing desirable
- Experience with using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a client facing environment
- Works well under pressure and to tight deadlines – is calm and process-oriented
