Functional Role: Senior Engineering Manager
Summary : We are seeking seasoned engineering leaders to grow our engineering teams, scale our development & release processes, and create world-class products.
The role will involve building high-performance software engineering teams and delivering software to establish AU Bank as a leader in the digital banking space. Presenting technical delivery, partner management, multiple product management, stakeholder management is a critical part of the role.
Leaders must be hands-on when it comes to addressing customer issues, code quality, RCA / issue
prevention, and managing risks.

Functional Competencies:
- 14+ years of experience with 6+ yrs of management experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

- Demonstrated track record in building and recruiting robust high performing teams
- Specialist in full-stack development and product engineering.
- Experienced and with on premise and public Cloud Technologies, DevSecOps and CI-CD practices.
- Extensive experience in the following technologies: Javascript, Java, SpringBoot, Angular, React, WCF/REST API, MySQL/Redis/Elasticsearch/, AWS Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing)
- Demonstrated track record for solution delivery, Quality improvements, and Champion for agile scrum adoption.
- Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.
