With Intelligence is seeking a Merger Integration Manager to support the team with the strategic integration of our newly acquired organisations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that acquisitions align with our business goals and that the integration process is efficient, effective, and delivers value.
Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including operations, finance, HR, and IT, to develop comprehensive integration plans tailored to each acquisition. You will be the driving force in monitoring the integration progress, providing updates to key stakeholders, and identifying potential challenges before they impact our objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integration strategies tailored to each merger or acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth transition and integration process.
- Conduct assessments to identify key integration priorities and challenges.
- Manage change management initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and minimize disruption.
- Monitor integration progress against established timelines and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to address integration challenges.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure clarity and alignment on integration goals and strategies.
- Contribute to the overall assessment of merger and acquisition opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in merger integration, project management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate through ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Experience in change management practices and techniques.
- Understanding of financial services and asset management industries is a plus.
- A degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Ideally from a consulting background with an operational twist.
- Knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Available to start the contract in October 2024.
